Description
T r u R e a d e r T R - E 2 0 / T R - E 2 0 X i s a monochromator-based microplate reader (also known as an ELISA analyzer) designed for absorbance detection across a broad wavelength range of 180–1000 nm. It supports both quantitative and qualitative analysis to accommodate diverse experimental requirements. TR-E20X is equipped with cuvette measurement on top of TR-E20.
Besides ELISA, the TR-E20/TR-E20X is also suitable for measuring the concentration of DNA, RNA, and proteins, as well as a variety of enzymatic and kinetic assays. As the core mode of microplate-based analysis, absorbance detection has become the preferred method in life science research and applied testing due to its stability, sensitivity, and high-throughput capabilities.
